Demonstration and Public Relations Calendar
With time and availability permitting, VSRDA volunteers will attend demonstrations, expos and public relations events, in order to educate the public concerning Search and Rescue using dogs. Many of our search dogs perform demonastrations of skills at these public events. A popular brief we give is called, "
A Walk in the Woods," targeted to younger children about what to do in case they get lost in the woods.
