Headwaters Search and Rescue (HSARK9)
Headwaters Search and Rescue is a non-profit volunteer organization that provides trained personnel and dogs to law enforcement agencies to assist in finding lost or missing individuals. The team specializes in search operations in wilderness, wooded and semi-urban settings. HSAR is a member of ARDA. HSAR search teams are located in Vilas, Manitowoc, Outagamie, and Waupaca counties.
